Exciting new Rangitikei recipes
Rangitikei has just developed some delicious new recipes to showcase some exciting new ways to cook our various chicken products.
We've developed a colourful and flavoursome Vietnamese salad and Butterflied chicken with Beet and Tomato salad recipes just in time for the summer season which can be seen in the Air NZ Wine Awards brochure. We've also come up with Chicken, Artichoke & Asparagus skewers and a Quince Paste and Mustard Glazed Roasted Chicken with our friends at Dish Magazine as delicious options on Christmas Day.
